  • Vector graphics and/or illustrations in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop are preferable (we can also work with FreeHand files).

  • Please indicate Pantone colors and remove all unused color swatches. Documents must be in CMYK format. We cannot guarantee color reproduction from RGB or indexed color.

  • TIF or layered PSD files are preferred for photos, and jpeg files are acceptable as long as they are in 300 DPI. Please do not convert 72 DPI images to 300 DPI, as we cannot guarantee quality reproduction. Please do not submit Web art.

  • When using linked or embedded files, also include the original graphic in its native application.

  • Please include special fonts, especially if font substitution is unacceptable. If you do not wish to submit fonts, convert all fonts to paths/outlines in your illustration application or raster text layers in Photoshop. You will need to submit new artwork if future wording changes (address, phone number, website, etc.) are required.

    Note: If your artwork touches the top, bottom or left edge of the label, please run the art (bleed) .0625 off the edge for cutting purposes. Borders around the outside of your label are difficult to maintain due to shifting on the press and/or cutter. Also, having the product information in white will usually be far costlier than having it in color.

  • When emailing your art, please gather all elements and related files and fonts into one folder and compress it using a compression utility before emailing. Include a PDF of your art with your contact information and submit to our graphics department.

  • You can also send your art by mail on a CD. Include a hard copy of your art, your contact information, and any additional instructions. Send to:
