- Macintosh files are strongly encouraged.
- Vector graphics and illustrations in FreeHand or Adobe Illustrator are preferable. Please indicate Pantone colors and remove all unused color swatches.
- Other acceptable applications are: InDesign, QuarkXPress 4.0 and Photoshop. Photoshop documents must be in CMYK format. We cannot guarantee color reproduction from RGB or indexed color.
- TIF or layered PSD files are preferred for photos, and jpeg files are acceptable as long as they are in 300 DPI. Please do not convert 72 DPI images to 300 DPI, as we cannot guarantee quality reproduction. Please do not submit Web art.
- When using linked or embedded files, also include the original graphic in its native application.
- Please include special fonts, especially if font substitution is unacceptable. If you do not wish to submit fonts, convert all fonts to paths/outlines in your illustration application or raster text layers in Photoshop. In which case you will need to submit new artwork if future changes in address and phone number are required.

Note: If your art goes to the top, bottom or left edge of the label, please run the art (bleed) .062 off the edge. Borders around the outside of your label are difficult to maintain, due to shifting on the press and/or cutter.
- When emailing your art please gather all elements and related files and fonts into one folder and compress it using a compression utility before emailing. Include a PDF of your art to send along with your email and submit to printshop@highlandvitamins.com.
- You can also send your art by mail on a zip disk or CD. Be sure to finalize your CD before ejecting it from your computer. Include a hard copy of your art and any additional instructions. Send to:
