The end of the year brought three big upgrades for our facility.

In November 2007, we installed new windows on the west and south sides of our building. These new airtight windows reduce our electric bill significantly as previously we had individually-paned windows circa 1900.

December 2007 brought a new floor in our packaging area. This epoxy-based floor allows for quick cleanup and ease of moving large, heavy equipment.

Once the floor was painted and dry, we introduced a new filling machine (January 2008). This machine allows us to fill up to double the amount of orders simultaneously, thereby increasing our productivity and packaging speed.

We at Highland Laboratories are pleased to introduce an expanded line of gluten-free products packaged in a bright, eye-catching Gluten-Free Display (PR 1400-DP). Each display contains 3 bottles of Digest G-Free™ (PR 1450-60), 3 bottles of Eye G-Free™ (PR 1415-60), 3 bottles of InFlamEze G-Free™ (PR 1412-60), 3 bottles of Multi G-Free™ (PR 1460-60), and 2 bottles of Osteo G-Free™ (PR 1470-180). This November Highland is releasing a new product line: Gluten Free. This new Gluten Free product line will have immuno-responsive testing by our quality control department performed on each batch of each product before it is released to assure every bottle is absolutely gluten free. Check your November issue of our order form for the new PR 1400 series Gluten Free line, and also look for the new orange gluten free label.

Our first gluten free product, Multi G-Free™ (PR 1460), is a gluten free multivitamin with a soothing proprietary herbal base that supports normal gut function.
