Getting Started

It's as simple as contacting our friendly, knowledgeable sales department. After a few minutes on the phone, you'll be ready to begin. Send us a clean/clear copy of your logo or current label along with some ideas about color. Once we receive your material, our graphics department will create a trio of mock-ups and send them to you for approval. Fine-tuning is easy at this stage. Remember, this is YOUR image, and you want it to be perfect. If you prefer to supply your own artwork please on artwork specifications.

NOTE: Private label customers are subject to an opening order minimum as well as monthly minimum orders (both in dollars).

Placing Your Initial Order

Before we can place your first order and set a firm ship date, the following items need to be completed:

1. The label must be approved.
2. Prepare your opening order and remit a 50% down payment.
3. Your first order will ship four weeks after all requirements have been met. Subsequent orders will ship within three working days.
